SLC region is currently processing 4 FBCs, have built a multi-modal transit system (Commuter rail, Light Rail, Streetcar and Bus), and built Market Creek downtown during the Great Recession. SLC is a great case study for our nation to understand how to facilitate great place making with Fed, State, local funding coupled and a strong private entrepreneurial spirit.
