Go big, invite Newt Gingrich and engage local Tea Party chapters to a civil dialog on the national backlash to Smart Growth. Frame the discussion to probe the deeper issues, listen to the anti-Smart Growth advocates and find common ground to learn from in order assist future dialog. This is a big nation-wide deal that should not be ignored.
